Sharole Lashe Negrete has been involved in every aspect of the dance community for over 30 years.  She is a certified judge (with G.S.D.T.A. and G.P.D.I.A.) with a history of judging many N.A.S.D.E. and W.S.D.C. swing dance events.  In Canada, she was a founding director of the B.C. Swing Club.  In California, she was a past president and vice president of The Next Generation Swing Dance Club, served as a director for the Boogie by the Bay event and is an investor and a member of the Board of Directors for The Open Swing Dance Championships.

For the last 15 years Sharole has judged professionally throughout North America, Asia and Europe for many of the world’s most prestigious events including the Chicago Classic, Mad Jam, Easter Swing, Atlanta Classic, Asian and French Open as well as Europe’s largest event Budapest. Sharole resides in the Carolina’s and looks forward to being a part of Florida Dance Magic 2025.
